Have you seen Javier? Separated at the border in 2022

It has been 4 years since I last held my sister Javier's hand. We were separated, and I have been searching ever since. My family had been targeted. We left in the middle of the night. Javier was 22 years old at the time. We were caught up in being detained at a checkpoint near Los Angeles. What I miss most is the birthday parties where the whole block would show up. Someone who knew them mentioned seeing them in 2022. After that, nothing. Javier would be around 26 years old now. Last I saw them, they were about 5'8", medium build, with dark hair and brown eyes. I promised myself I would find them before it's too late. If anyone has any information about Javier, please reach out. Any detail, no matter how small, could bring us back together.
