Have you seen Rosa? Separated at the border in 1999

It has been 27 years since I last held my cousin Rosa's hand. We were separated, and I have been searching ever since. We joined the caravan hoping for safety in numbers. Rosa had just turned 53 when it happened. We were caught up in deportation proceedings in Washington DC. The thing that haunts me is remembering the smell of fresh bread that would fill the kitchen every Saturday. The phone number stopped working around 2017. After that, nothing. Rosa would be around 80 years old now. Last I saw them, they were compact build, thick eyebrows, always well-groomed. I promised myself I would find them before it's too late.
