Looking for Lucia — lost during border crossing 2009

It has been 17 years since I last held my sister Lucia's hand. We were separated, and I have been searching ever since. We joined the caravan hoping for safety in numbers. Lucia had just turned 34 when it happened. The separation happened because of the chaos at the border processing center in Los Angeles. I remember teaching me to ride a bicycle in the backyard with Lucia. There was a brief call in 2014. Every lead has gone cold. Lucia would be around 51 years old now. They were tall, around 6'1", slender, with a warm smile, with a birthmark on the right side of the neck. Every time I see someone who looks like them on the street, my heart stops for a moment. If anyone has any information about Lucia, please reach out. Even knowing they are alive would mean everything.
