Looking for Oksana — displaced from Lviv, Ukraine in 2024

Oksana is my mother. We were separated during the evacuation of Lviv. In the panic and confusion, we went in different directions. When the chaos when the air raid sirens wouldn't stop, communications collapsed. Oksana, who was 31, was last known to be near Lviv. We had arranged to meet at a rendezvous point but they never showed up. After arriving in Wroclaw, I registered with local Ukrainian community organizations. So far, no matches. Oksana was average height, lean build, with curly black hair. They had dimples when smiling, very noticeable. Before the war, Oksana and I shared a simple but good life in Lviv. walking to school together every morning, rain or shine — those memories keep me going. I've never stopped looking. I never will.
