Looking for Patricia — lost during border crossing 1996

It has been 30 years since I last held my daughter Patricia's hand. We were separated, and I have been searching ever since. After years of struggling to make ends meet, the decision to leave was made. Patricia was 41 years old at the time. We were caught up in the chaos at the border processing center in Dallas. I remember playing soccer in the dusty field behind our neighborhood with Patricia. The phone number stopped working around 1998. We've heard nothing since. Patricia would be around 71 years old now.
