Looking for Rana — refugee from Mazar-i-Sharif, possibly in United Kingdom

I lost my father Rana during the evacuation of Mazar-i-Sharif in 2014. The crowd swallowed them whole. In the chaos of the evacuation, we lost each other in the crowd. During the airstrike that leveled our block, Rana was separated from the rest of us. Rana was 17 years old when we last saw each other. They were the heart and soul of our family. A friend saw them around 2022. The Red Cross/Red Crescent had no records. UNHCR tracing turned up nothing. Rana would now be approximately 29 years old. I would recognize them anywhere — about 5'8", medium build, with dark hair and brown eyes. I just need to know they're alive. That would be enough. If anyone has information about Rana, I beg you to contact us. War took everything from us. Please don't let it take this last chance.
