My daughter Yulia, lost during the evacuation of Lviv

Yulia is my daughter. We were separated during the evacuation of Lviv. In the panic and confusion, we went in different directions. When the chaos when the air raid sirens wouldn't stop, communications collapsed. Yulia, who was 58, was last known to be near Lviv. We had arranged to meet at a rendezvous point but they never showed up. I'm now in Cologne, Germany. Every day I check the lists of evacuees, the hospital records, the shelters. Yulia's name hasn't appeared anywhere. Yulia was small-framed but tough, with sharp features. They had a chipped front tooth that gave a character to the smile. I remember the birthday parties where the whole block would show up with Yulia. Our life in Lviv before the war was peaceful. We never imagined it would come to this. Not a day goes by when I don't think about them. If you have any information about Yulia from Lviv, please contact us. We check this site every day hoping for a miracle.
