Please help me find Bilal, my family member from Iraq

I lost my family member Bilal during the evacuation of Erbil in 2020. The crowd swallowed them whole. The journey to safety took weeks through war zones and checkpoints. During the bombing of our neighborhood, Bilal was separated from the rest of us. Bilal was 42 years old when we last saw each other. Without them, our family has never been the same. The last time we heard anything was 2024. We heard a rumor they had been resettled in Canada, but nothing concrete. Bilal would now be approximately 48 years old. I would recognize them anywhere — heavyset, with a booming laugh and gentle eyes. The holidays are the hardest — their empty chair at the table speaks volumes.
