Please help me find my brother Miguel, missing since 2005

I'm searching for Miguel, who is my brother. We lost each other in 2005 and I have never stopped looking. After years of struggling to make ends meet, the decision to leave was made. Miguel had just turned 28 when it happened. Everything fell apart during a traffic stop that turned into a detention in Chicago. What I miss most is the way they could fix anything with duct tape and determination. The last time we heard anything was 2023. We've heard nothing since. Miguel would be around 49 years old now. Last I saw them, they were medium height, athletic build, with a distinctive walk. Not a day goes by when I don't think about them. If anyone has any information about Miguel, please reach out. Even knowing they are alive would mean everything.
