Please help me find my sister Yolanda, missing since 1998

This is my plea to find my sister, Yolanda. We were separated near New York back in 1998 and I've been looking ever since. The economy back home left us no choice — we had to seek a better life. Yolanda had just turned 46 when it happened. The separation happened because of a raid on the workplace in New York. The thing that haunts me is remembering teaching me to ride a bicycle in the backyard. Our last contact was 2012. After that, nothing. Yolanda would be around 74 years old now. Last I saw them, they were tall, around 6'1", slender, with a warm smile. I still keep their photo in my wallet, worn and faded but precious. If anyone has any information about Yolanda, please reach out. Even knowing they are alive would mean everything.
