Searching for Dolores, last seen near Chicago in 1996

Dolores, my son, was taken from our family in 1996 near Chicago. We have spent every day since trying to find any trace. The economy back home left us no choice — we had to seek a better life. Dolores had just turned 20 when it happened. We were caught up in the sudden deportation order carried out in Chicago. The thing that haunts me is remembering walking to school together every morning, rain or shine. There was a brief call in 2005. Every lead has gone cold. Dolores would be around 50 years old now. They were thin and wiry, always moved with quick energy, with dimples when smiling, very noticeable. My children ask about them, and I don't have answers to give. If anyone has any information about Dolores, please reach out. We are not looking for trouble, just closure — or better, reunion.
