Searching for Javier, last seen near Washington DC in 2011

Javier, my grandmother, was taken from our family in 2011 near Washington DC. We have spent every day since trying to find any trace. The drought destroyed everything. The fields were dead and so was our hope of staying. Javier was 6 years old at the time. Everything fell apart during crossing the border near Washington DC. The thing that haunts me is remembering sitting on the porch watching the sunset, not saying much but feeling everything. The last time we heard anything was 2012. We've heard nothing since. Javier would be around 21 years old now. They were tall, around 6'1", slender, with a warm smile, with a mole on the left cheek. My mother prays for them every single night.
