Searching for my brother Eduardo, separated at the US border in 2003

This is my plea to find my brother, Eduardo. We were separated near Phoenix back in 2003 and I've been looking ever since. The corruption and violence left us with no safe options at home. At the time, Eduardo was just 34. The separation happened because of deportation proceedings in Phoenix. The thing that haunts me is remembering playing soccer in the dusty field behind our neighborhood. We lost all communication in 2012. Since then, complete silence. Eduardo would be around 57 years old now. They were broad-shouldered, strong hands, with a weathered face, with a mole on the left cheek. I still keep their photo in my wallet, worn and faded but precious. If anyone has any information about Eduardo, please reach out. Any detail, no matter how small, could bring us back together.
