Looking for Hamza — refugee from Aleppo, possibly in Canada

When the bombs started falling on Aleppo in 2018, my family member Hamza and I ran in different directions. That was the last time I saw them. The smugglers separated families without caring who belonged to whom. During when the tanks rolled through our district, Hamza was separated from the rest of us. I remember Hamza as someone who would tell stories to the children to keep them calm during the bombing. I cherish the memory of the birthday parties where the whole block would show up. The messages suddenly stopped in 2024. A fellow refugee mentioned seeing someone matching their description in a camp near Calgary. Hamza would now be approximately 35 years old. I would recognize them anywhere — short and stocky, with a round face and kind eyes. There's a hole in our family that only they can fill. If anyone has information about Hamza, I beg you to contact us. War took everything from us. Please don't let it take this last chance.
