Summary: Genwor People visibility plans are digital services with immediate activation. Once activated, they are non-refundable. If your plan was not activated correctly, contact [email protected] and we'll resolve it.

1. Nature of the service

Visibility plans (Boost, Spotlight, Global Reach) from Genwor People are digital services that are activated immediately after payment confirmation. When you purchase a plan, your search receives increased exposure instantly.

Since the service benefit begins at the moment of activation, these payments are considered immediate-use services under applicable regulations.

2. General no-refund policy

Once a visibility plan is activated, the payment is non-refundable. This includes, without limitation:

  • Change of mind after plan activation
  • Dissatisfaction with search results (results cannot be guaranteed)
  • Voluntary deletion of your post during the active plan period

3. Exceptions

We may consider a full or partial refund in the following cases:

  • The plan was not activated correctly due to a technical error on our platform
  • A duplicate charge was made in error
  • Your account was suspended due to a moderation error (verified by our team)

4. How to request a refund

If you believe an exception applies, send us an email with your username, the plan purchased, the purchase date, and a description of the issue.

5. Payment processor

Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized payment provider. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and handles billing, taxes, and payment processing. Any charges will appear on your statement as "PADDLE" or "PADDLE.NET".

6. Cancellations

Visibility plans have a fixed duration of 30 days and do not auto-renew. No cancellation is needed.

If you no longer want your plan to apply, you can delete your post at any time. The remaining plan time will not be refunded.
