My mother Tetiana, lost during the evacuation of Dnipro
Jack Mitchell Germany , Munich ≈ 2023 11373 views
I'm looking for Tetiana, my mother. We were living in Dnipro when the bombing of the train station tore our family apart.
Tetiana was 39 years old at the time. Phone networks went down and we couldn't reach each other.
I made it to Germany through Romania. From Munich, I've been contacting every refugee organization, every volunteer group, every social media page dedicated to finding missing Ukrainians.
Tetiana was compact build, thick eyebrows, always well-groomed. They had a mole on the left cheek.
Before the war, Tetiana and I shared a simple but good life in Dnipro. Sunday mornings when the whole family would cook together — those memories keep me going.
I still keep their photo in my wallet, worn and faded but precious. If you have any information about Tetiana from Dnipro, please contact us. Our family is spread across several countries now, all searching.
