Please help me find my brother Emeka, last known to be in Milton Keynes

Emeka, my beloved brother, left Accra in 2000. The distance was supposed to be temporary. It wasn't. Religious persecution forced our family to flee. Emeka, then 20, left with the blessing of the whole family. For the first 9 months, we received occasional calls. Emeka was working in cleaning services in Milton Keynes and seemed to be doing okay. They talked about sending money home, about eventually bringing us over. There was a brief call in 2018. We tried everything — calling mutual friends, reaching out to the diaspora community — but no one had recent news. I remember the way they could fix anything with duct tape and determination with Emeka. Those are the memories I hold onto.
