Please help me find Sebastian, my father — somewhere in the USA

In 2010, my father Sebastian moved to New Jersey. For the first couple of years, everything seemed fine. Then silence. Organized crime made our neighborhood unlivable. Leaving was survival. At 44, Sebastian was old enough to know the risks but young enough to believe it was worth it. The first year was full of phone calls and video chats. Sebastian showed us their tiny apartment in New Jersey, introduced us to their coworkers, talked about their plans. We felt connected despite the distance. We lost all communication in 2016. Life got complicated on both ends and the calls became less frequent until they stopped entirely. Sebastian had a way of making everyone laugh. Sebastian would be around 60 now. tall for the family, around 5'10", with an easy grin. I've never stopped looking. I never will.
