Roman — last seen in Kherson during the 2022 attacks

Before February 2022, Kherson was home. My brother Roman and I had a life there. Then everything changed. Roman was 34 years old at the time. Phone networks went down and we couldn't reach each other. I made it to United Kingdom through Poland. From Manchester, I've been contacting every refugee organization, every volunteer group, every social media page dedicated to finding missing Ukrainians. I would recognize Roman anywhere. tall for the family, around 5'10", with an easy grin. a birthmark on the right side of the neck. Before the war, Roman and I shared a simple but good life in Kherson. the way they could fix anything with duct tape and determination — those memories keep me going.
