Ukrainian family searching for Vasyl, separated by the war

I'm looking for Vasyl, my brother. We were living in Chernihiv when the evacuation of the city tore our family apart. When the chaos when the air raid sirens wouldn't stop, communications collapsed. Vasyl, who was 58, was last known to be near Chernihiv. We had arranged to meet at a rendezvous point but they never showed up. I'm now in London, United Kingdom. Every day I check the lists of evacuees, the hospital records, the shelters. Vasyl's name hasn't appeared anywhere. Vasyl was tall for the family, around 5'10", with an easy grin. They had always wore a watch on the right wrist, never the left. I remember teaching me to ride a bicycle in the backyard with Vasyl. Our life in Chernihiv before the war was peaceful.
