Have you seen Dolores? Separated at the border in 1996

I'm searching for Dolores, who is my brother. We lost each other in 1996 and I have never stopped looking. Gang threats forced the family to flee with nothing but the clothes on our backs. At the time, Dolores was just 47. Everything fell apart during attempting to cross through the desert near Houston. I remember playing soccer in the dusty field behind our neighborhood with Dolores. The phone number stopped working around 2001. Every lead has gone cold. Dolores would be around 77 years old now. I'd recognize them anywhere — average height, lean build, with curly black hair. My mother prays for them every single night. If anyone has any information about Dolores, please reach out. Even knowing they are alive would mean everything.
