Help me find my sister Fernando after 10 years apart

It has been 10 years since I last held my sister Fernando's hand. We were separated, and I have been searching ever since. Violence in our hometown made staying impossible. Fernando had just turned 4 when it happened. The separation happened because of deportation proceedings in New York. What I miss most is teaching me to ride a bicycle in the backyard. Someone who knew them mentioned seeing them in 2017. Since then, complete silence. Fernando would be around 14 years old now. They were broad-shouldered, strong hands, with a weathered face, with dimples when smiling, very noticeable. I still keep their photo in my wallet, worn and faded but precious. If anyone has any information about Fernando, please reach out. Even knowing they are alive would mean everything.
