Looking for Javier — lost during border crossing 2021

I'm looking for my sister, Javier. In 2021, our family was torn apart near Chicago. One moment we were together, the next we were being pulled in different directions. We joined the caravan hoping for safety in numbers. Javier was 38 years old at the time. The separation happened because of a traffic stop that turned into a detention in Chicago. What I miss most is the birthday parties where the whole block would show up. The messages suddenly stopped in 2023. We've heard nothing since. Javier would be around 43 years old now. I'd recognize them anywhere — tall for the family, around 5'10", with an easy grin. Every time I see someone who looks like them on the street, my heart stops for a moment.
