Looking for Zeinab — refugee from Damascus, possibly in United Kingdom

I lost my daughter Zeinab during the evacuation of Damascus in 2013. The crowd swallowed them whole. We registered with UNHCR but the paperwork moved slower than our heartbreak. During the night the militants entered our town, Zeinab was separated from the rest of us. Zeinab was 14 years old when we last saw each other. They were the heart and soul of our family. The last time we heard anything was 2015. The Red Cross/Red Crescent had no records. UNHCR tracing turned up nothing. Zeinab would now be approximately 27 years old. I would recognize them anywhere — compact build, thick eyebrows, always well-groomed. My children ask about them, and I don't have answers to give. If anyone has information about Zeinab, I beg you to contact us. Our family scattered across three countries, but we keep searching.
