Searching for Eduardo, last seen near McAllen in 2005

I'm searching for Eduardo, who is my sister. We lost each other in 2005 and I have never stopped looking. We had been living peacefully for years when everything changed overnight. Eduardo was 38 years old at the time. We were caught up in the chaos at the border processing center in McAllen. The thing that haunts me is remembering walking to school together every morning, rain or shine. We lost all communication in 2025. Every lead has gone cold. Eduardo would be around 59 years old now. They were tall for the family, around 5'10", with an easy grin, with a tattoo of a bird on the left forearm. Not a day goes by when I don't think about them.
