Searching for my brother Dina, separated during the Afghanistan conflict

Dina is my brother. We have been separated since 2010. This is my last hope to find them. We registered with UNHCR but the paperwork moved slower than our heartbreak. Dina was with us until the very last moment before the invasion of our village. Dina was 16 years old when we last saw each other. Without them, our family has never been the same. A friend saw them around 2012. The Red Cross/Red Crescent had no records. UNHCR tracing turned up nothing. Dina would now be approximately 32 years old. They were about 5'8", medium build, with dark hair and brown eyes, with a small scar above the left eyebrow from a childhood fall. My mother prays for them every single night. If anyone has information about Dina, I beg you to contact us. War took everything from us. Please don't let it take this last chance.
