Searching for my family member Karim, separated during the Syria conflict

I am searching for Karim, my family member. We were living in Homs when the conflict forced us apart in 2013. The road out of the city was clogged with thousands of desperate people. When the shelling that destroyed half the city happened, everything changed in an instant. I remember Karim as someone who prayed for peace every single day. I cherish the memory of Sunday mornings when the whole family would cook together. We lost all communication in 2024. A fellow refugee mentioned seeing someone matching their description in a camp near Birmingham. Karim would now be approximately 64 years old. They were tall for the family, around 5'10", with an easy grin, with always wore a silver chain necklace. I promised myself I would find them before it's too late.
