Searching for my sister Monica, separated at the US border in 2010

I'm looking for my sister, Monica. In 2010, our family was torn apart near Dallas. One moment we were together, the next we were being pulled in different directions.
Gang threats forced the family to flee with nothing but the clothes on our backs. Monica was 18 years old at the time.
The separation happened because of a traffic stop that turned into a detention in Dallas.
What I miss most is the way they could fix anything with duct tape and determination.
The messages suddenly stopped in 2017. Since then, complete silence.
Monica would be around 34 years old now. Last I saw them, they were thin and wiry, always moved with quick energy.
Not a day goes by when I don't think about them. If anyone has any information about Monica, please reach out. We are not looking for trouble, just closure — or better, reunion.
