I'm looking for my daughter, Roberto. In 2024, our family was torn apart near New York. One moment we were together, the next we were being pulled in different directions. The corruption and violence left us with no safe options at home. Roberto was 46 years old at the time. We were caught up in the sudden deportation order carried out in New York. What I miss most is playing soccer in the dusty field behind our neighborhood. There was a brief call in 2025. After that, nothing. Roberto would be around 48 years old now. I'd recognize them anywhere — about 5'8", medium build, with dark hair and brown eyes. My children ask about them, and I don't have answers to give.
