Help me find my daughter Elena after 23 years apart

I'm searching for Elena, who is my daughter. We lost each other in 2003 and I have never stopped looking. There was no work, no food, no future. The journey north felt like our only hope. Elena had just turned 8 when it happened. The separation happened because of being picked up by immigration agents in Tucson. What I miss most is staying up late telling stories by flashlight when the power went out. Someone who knew them mentioned seeing them in 2019. Every lead has gone cold. Elena would be around 31 years old now. They were thin and wiry, always moved with quick energy, with a tattoo of a bird on the left forearm. I've never stopped looking. I never will.
