Help me find my sister Valentina after 14 years apart

I'm looking for my sister, Valentina. In 2012, our family was torn apart near Houston. One moment we were together, the next we were being pulled in different directions. The corruption and violence left us with no safe options at home. Valentina had just turned 33 when it happened. The separation happened because of the chaos at the border processing center in Houston. I remember fishing trips to the river, where we never caught anything but always had fun with Valentina. Someone who knew them mentioned seeing them in 2012. We've heard nothing since. Valentina would be around 47 years old now. They were tall for the family, around 5'10", with an easy grin, with a small scar above the left eyebrow from a childhood fall. There's a hole in our family that only they can fill.
