Looking for Mario — lost during border crossing 2013

Mario, my sister, was taken from our family in 2013 near Los Angeles. We have spent every day since trying to find any trace. After years of struggling to make ends meet, the decision to leave was made. Mario was 19 years old at the time. We were caught up in being picked up by immigration agents in Los Angeles. I remember the birthday parties where the whole block would show up with Mario. A friend saw them around 2017. We've heard nothing since. Mario would be around 32 years old now. They were medium height, athletic build, with a distinctive walk, with a tattoo of a bird on the left forearm. I promised myself I would find them before it's too late.
