Looking for my sister Oluwaseun from Nigeria — lost contact in 2011

I'm searching for my sister, Oluwaseun, who left Abuja in 1998. We lost touch and I've been looking ever since. After years of instability, the chance to emigrate seemed like our only option. Oluwaseun was 42 at the time, full of hope and determination. For the first 15 months, we received occasional calls. Oluwaseun was working in food trucks in Chicago and seemed to be doing okay. They talked about sending money home, about eventually bringing us over. Our last contact was 2011. We tried everything — calling mutual friends, reaching out to the diaspora community — but no one had recent news. Oluwaseun was the kind of person who would make everyone laugh even in hard times. Oluwaseun would be around 70 today. thin and wiry, always moved with quick energy. Not a day goes by when I don't think about them. Please, if you know anything about Oluwaseun, reach out.
