Lucia, my family member, was separated from us near New York

I'm searching for Lucia, who is my family member. We lost each other in 2005 and I have never stopped looking. Violence in our hometown made staying impossible. Lucia had just turned 18 when it happened. The separation happened because of being picked up by immigration agents in New York. I remember teaching me to ride a bicycle in the backyard with Lucia. There was a brief call in 2020. After that, nothing. Lucia would be around 39 years old now. I'd recognize them anywhere — heavyset, with a booming laugh and gentle eyes.
