Searching for my mother Maria, separated at the US border in 2010

I'm looking for my mother, Maria. In 2010, our family was torn apart near Dallas. One moment we were together, the next we were being pulled in different directions. The drought destroyed everything. The fields were dead and so was our hope of staying. At the time, Maria was just 8. The separation happened because of crossing the border near Dallas. I remember teaching me to ride a bicycle in the backyard with Maria. Our last contact was 2013. Since then, complete silence. Maria would be around 24 years old now. They were compact build, thick eyebrows, always well-groomed, with a small scar above the left eyebrow from a childhood fall. There's a hole in our family that only they can fill. If anyone has any information about Maria, please reach out. Even knowing they are alive would mean everything.
